What is the Lecturer form of participation?

As a Lecturer at NORDSCI Conference you will receive on spot attendance of the scientific sessions and workshop sessions. You are supposed to come to the venue (UNWE, Sofia, Bulgaria) and present your research papers. Please check NORDSCI Tips for Poster and Oral presentation. Please note that during the conference you will receive the conference book or CD with your articles published. All co-authors will receive Certificate of Attendance.

What is the PhD Student form of participation?

As a PhD Student at NORDSCI Conference you will receive on spot attendance of the scientific sessions and workshop sessions. You are supposed to come to the venue (UNWE, Sofia, Bulgaria) and present your research papers. Please check NORDSCI Tips for Poster and Oral presentation. Please note that during the conference you will receive the conference book or CD with your articles published. All co-authors will receive Certificate of Attendance. To benefit from this form, please note that you shall present document verifying your current study.

What is the Virtual lecturer form of participation?

As a Virtual lecturer form is a distant form of participation. With this form you can share with the audience your research as oral or poster presentation. Each author can send their prerecorded oral presentation to the team or record it with the team in the period 28 August-10 September. Please check NORDSCI Tips for Poster and Oral presentation. After the conference you will receive a copy of the conference book/CD and conference materials via intenational post and Econt services for Greece and Romania.All co-authors will receive Certificate of Attendance.

What is the Publisher form of participation?

With the Publisher form of attendance, you are not supposed to come at the venue and present your research. We are expecting your full papers within the submission deadlines and we will publish them in the conference proceedings. After the conference you will receive a copy of the conference book/CD and conference materials via intenational post and Econt services for Greece and Romania.

What is Delegate type of participation?

As a Delegate at NORDSCI Conference you will receive attendance of the scientific sessions, workshop sessions and networking. Delegates are not supposed to present research papers. Delegates will receive 7 conference CDs with all published papers in all conference proceedings, collection 2018-2024.

How long does abstract approval take?

The NORDSCI Review Committee usually approves or rejects an abstract in a period of 7-14 business days. After the official decision of the Committee every participant will receive an official Abstract Approval letter.

How long does full paper approval take?

The NORDSCI Review Committee usually approves or rejects full papers in a period of 7-14 business days. After the official decision of the Committee every participant will receive an official Full Paper approval letter.

What is the procedure of an article approval for publication in the NORDSCI Conference proceedings?

First you need to upload an abstract of your article after choosing your form of participation. For more information regarding abstracts please click here.

The review process usually takes between 7-14 business days. After abstract approval you will be asked by NORDSCI Team to upload your full article for detail review and evaluation. Please note that every article will go under double blind peer-review prior to publication.

What is published in the Conference Proceedings?

In the Conference Proceedings are published the full scientific articles. Every approved paper has its unique DOI number.

When are the conference proceedings printed?

The NORDSCI Conference Proceedings will be printed in hard copy prior to the event. The hard coopies are given to the representing authors attending the conference. All ther distant participant receive their hard copy proceedings via post after the event. After the last day of the event authors will have 14 days period to review and make corrections to their contribution, which can reflect the soft copy of the proceedings.

Where I can choose if I wish to receive hard copy of the conference proceedings or CD with all published materials?

While making your registration you will be asked how you wish to receive your conference proceedings after the event.  Also, before the official dispatch you will be emailed to verify your postal address and your desire how you wish to receive your contribution. If you choose to receive your contribution on CD, you will receive a conference CD with all published volumes on your postal address. Participants, which wish to receive their contribution in hard copy, will receive only the volume with their published research.

How participants can edit their papers after the conference proceedings publication?

Full version of the PDFs of each conference volume will be distributed to the authors of the volume immediately after the end of the conference. Comment on the preprint version will be accepted and corrected before the NORDSCI proceedings are sent for evaluation.

How oral presentations will be recorded for the Virtual event?

Each NORDSCI Participant will have his slot to record his presentation in  Teams meeting with the organizing committee in the period 28th August - 10th September. All authors can also send their own voice recordings until 6 September 2024. Voice over can be recorded directly to the presentation or sent in separate audio file.

How can I pay my registration fee?

You will be asked to pay after your abstract/ full article is approved. You will get an email back with confirmation and information on how to proceed for payment. Please note that you'll be asked upon registration if you prefer Personal or Company payment. All bank payments will be made based on issued proform invoices. If you choose online payment you'll be generated a PayPal link for secure payment.

Where can I see a conference program?

The conference program will be available on the website one month prior the Conference. You can check now the preliminary Conference agenda.
